1. Privacy
ECDL for you respects
your personal information and protects it with
its highest level of security. Your personal information
is ONLY accessible to ECDL for you,
the course sponsor, and the designated regulatory
association, and will NEVER be sold or given to
outside organizations without your permission.
If you have any questions or comments concerning
the safeguards we have put in place to protect
your privacy and the information customers pass
to us, please email them to enquiries@ecdlforyou.com.
2. Security and Credit Cards
We never see your Credit Card details. All your
Credit Card information is processed by WorldPay,
our PSP (Payment Service Provider).
WorldPay provides all the security required for
the transmission and storage of card details using
SSL, encryption minimum 40 bit and firewalls.
All the major High Street Banks officially approve
them. 
3. Cookies
ECDL for you uses cookies
to track your progress through a course. If you
have questions concerning the use of cookies,
please contact our Technical support department
for additional information.
4. Tax Charges
17.5% VAT is included in all product prices displayed
in our catalogue and is added to all shipping
charges.
5. Important
i. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your
statutory rights.
ii. All transactions undertaken will be governed
by United Kingdom law.
iii. Any dispute or claim arising out of any transaction
will fall to be dealt with in accordance with
the legal system of the United Kingdom.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
Within the first 30 days of purchasing
your courses you may cancel your subscription
and receive a full refund
of all monies paid by you to us, if you HAVEN’T
accessed any courses. If you are outside of this
period, or if you HAVE accessed any courses,
no refund will
be due to you by us.
